Q. How do I reset my password?
A. It's simple. Just type in your email address that you registered with on the far right hand side of the homepage, and click "forgot password". Then, check your email. We will send you a link to reset your password, then you can start booking tee times, and earning rewards right away!
If we do not have a record of your email address on file, you will need to register with us.
Q. How do I change my saved credit card/payment info or email address on file?

Rain Check Policy:Pay at course rounds - the policy in effect at the golf course will determine the rain check you received.
Prepaid "Value Play" rounds - a rewards
credit will be provided based on the number of holes not played
during the round.

Q. What happens if I get rained out?
A. If you reserve a tee time with a credit card through the website, and the course closes due to weather, you will not be charged for your tee time. If you have paid in full for an email special or website "Value Play" tee time, please call Paradise Tee Times at (813) 885-6405 After we confirm with the golf course, we will deposit Rewards into your account that may be used toward another email special or website "Value Play" tee time.
Q. Can I cancel a tee time?
A. All tee times booked are final, however, if you have already paid if full for an email special or "Value Play" website tee time, we may be able to assist you in rescheduling . If you need to reschedule a tee time that was reserved by credit card (not charged), through the website and payment is still due at the golf course, please call the golf course to assist with rescheduling.
Q. How do "Rewards" work?
A. From time to time, we will offer Rewards for booking certain tee times at certain courses. Example: If you book a $200 foursome that has a 10% booking Reward, we'll deposit $20 into your Rewards Account. Then, you can use your rewards to book Email Special & "Value Play" Tee Times. You can check your Rewards balance by logging in and clicking on "My Rewards".
Q. Will I be charged sales tax?
A. If you pay in full for an email special or "Value Play" website tee time with your credit card, you will be charged sales tax according to the county you reside. If you reserve a tee time through the website, and payment is due at the golf course, you will be charged sales tax when you pay in the pro shop on your day of play.
Q. Will I be charged a booking fee?
A. No. We do not charge any booking fees to use our service.
Q. Can I call Paradise Tee Times to book a tee time?
A. No. You can only book tee times through our website, or via email specials.
Q. Do you offer tournaments?
A. Yes. Throughout the year, our members will be notified via email of upcoming tournaments and events
Q. How far in advance can I book tee times?
A. Most courses offer tee times up to 7-days in advance
Q. Can I call a golf course and book a tee time for the prices displayed on your website?
A. No. Each golf course only has a select number of these tee times available, and will only honor the displayed rates if you book through Paradise Tee Times.
Q. When will I pay for my tee time?
A. Most tee times booked through our website will still be require you to pay in full at the golf course on the day of play. However, if you book a "Value Play" website tee time, or an email special, Paradise Tee Times will charge your credit card, and no payment is due at the golf course.
